Course Purchases
If a course doesn’t meet your expectations within the first 14 days of purchase, we’ll give you a full refund to your card, no questions asked.
You can also request to exchange your course for another one within 14 days of the original purchase. Course exchanges are allowed only once, and the 14-day period starts from the date you purchased the original course.

Memberships
All memberships are non-refundable, including partial periods.
If you have any questions about subscription charges, please reach out to our support team — we’ll be happy to clarify everything for you.
If you would like to stop future billing, you can cancel your membership at any time. Please see our guide: How to Cancel Your Membership.
After cancellation, you will retain access to any courses you purchased separately. Access to subscription content will end immediately for trial subscriptions, or at the end of your current billing period for paid subscriptions.
