You can manage and cancel your Newmindstart membership directly from your account. Follow these steps:
Log in to your account
Go to https://newmindstart.com/login using the email and password you provided during registration.
Access your membership settings
Go to My Learning in the top menu and click on Settings & Subscription, or go directly to https://newmindstart.com/client/profile. Next to your subscription status, click Manage Membership.
Review your membership and confirm
Before proceeding, we recommend reviewing what your membership includes in our article: What’s Included in Your Membership.
Check the box I’ve read the information above and want to proceed with managing my subscription and click Continue. You will have the option to:
- Pause your subscription — it will automatically reactivate after the pause
- Proceed with cancellation
Confirm cancellation via email
If you choose to cancel, an email will be sent to your registered address. You must confirm the cancellation by clicking the link in that email. Until you do so, your subscription remains active.
After cancellation, you will retain access to any courses you purchased separately. Access to subscription content will end immediately for trial subscriptions, or at the end of your current billing period for paid subscriptions.
