Before you start, please make sure your account meets the app requirements. The Newmindstart mobile app is available only for iOS devices and only to active subscribers. For more details, see Mobile App – Getting Access to the App
Common Troubleshooting Steps
- Update the app to the latest version from the App Store.
- Restart your device — this clears temporary glitches.
- Check your internet connection — make sure your Wi-Fi or mobile data is stable.
- Close and reopen the app to refresh your session.
- Check available storage on your device — low storage can affect performance.
- Log out and log back in to refresh your profile data.
- Delete and reinstall the app from the App Store if needed.
Login Issues
- Make sure your subscription is active.
- Log in using your existing email and password (Google login is not available in the app).
Tip: If you can log in on the website but not in the app, try restarting your device and updating the app first.
